Guidelines for your contribution
In the FOP2021 conference there are three types of contributions: poster, flash presentation and oral presentation.
Please, find the guidelines and deadline for your FOP contribution below:
1. Electronic Posters:
Posters can be designed as portrait or landscape.
The content to be included can be similar to traditional posters, but be aware that is more attractive and easier to read when the poster contains visual aids as graphics, bullet points and headlines.
Posters need to be sent in PDF format by email to the maria.jose.garcia-fortea@fundacions.uv.es before June 15th
2. Flash Oral Presentation
Flash Oral Presentations: Presenters will have 5 minutes to show the aim or main finding of his/her research. Please prepare a presentation with maximum of 3-5 slides.
There is no need to send the slides for the presentations ahead, you will be asked to share your screen through the conference platform.
Please note that a Flash Oral Presentation needs to upload the corresponding Poster in PDF format by email to the maria.jose.garcia-fortea@fundacions.uv.es before June 15th
3. Oral presentations
Oral presentation: will be offered a presentation slot of 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for questions. The time slot should be strictly respected.
There is no need to send the slides for the presentations ahead, you will be asked to share your screen through the conference platform.
All streaming sessions of the FOP2021 Conference will be recorded. These session presentations include the presenter’s video. These oral presentations along with the posters will be available for registered participants during and AFTER the conference (until the end of September).
