Welcome to the 89th LHCb Week at Valencia, Spain, organized by the LHCb group of the Instituto de Física Corpuscular (IFIC) - Severo Ochoa Center, a consortium between the University of Valencia and the Spanish Research Council (CSIC).

The meeting will take place from Monday 3rd to Friday 7th September 2018 at the ADEIT (University-Business Foundation) headquarters, located downtown Valencia. Its privileged location at the historical center of the city makes it optimal to have many possible accommodation options and a wide diversity of restaurants.

Valencia has a relatively small international airport about 8 km from the city center, and high-frequency, fast and comfortable train connections with Madrid (AVE, 1h30’) and Barcelona (Euromed, 3h15’).

The weather early September is expected to be sunny and hot, with maximum (minimum) temperature of 29ºC (19ºC).

Registration fees cover coffee breaks, the welcome reception and a concert on Monday 3rd at the historical building of the University of Valencia, the conference dinner on Wednesday 5th, and an informal social event on Thursday 6th that will include a Paella Starterkit. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

Registration will be open between May 2nd until July 31st, 2018.
