The I International Conference Teaching with Comics is pleased to invite the academic community to participate in its celebration, which will take place on October 19th, 20th and 21st 2022 at Universitat de València.

The Conference aims to create a scientific space for presentations, research discussions and exchanges, projects and experience in which specialists, researchers and teachers  interested in the use of comics at various educational levels and subject as well as an environment for librarians, mediators and agents associated with education in order to generate synergies.

In its first edition, the Conference is based on two main fundamentals: reading and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) approved by the UN in 2015, which includes, quality education, reduced inequalities, environmental care, gender equality, no poverty, sustainable cities and communities, responsible consumption and production or universal access to peace and justice. These main points are the Conference heart. However, approaches from different disciplines and levels are also welcomed.

The Organising Committee plans to publish, prior to external review, papers which present novel approaches to research and innovation on indexed journals and prestigious publishers.
