TRAVEL GRANTS FOR EARLY STAGE RESEARCHERS

A travel expenses grant of 200 euros will be awarded to five young/trainee researchers who submit an abstract for oral presentation or as a poster. To be eligible for a grant, applicants must be aged 35 or under and/or still in training (PhD students, junior postdoctoral researchers or resident doctors).

Applicants should indicate that they wish to apply for a grant when completing the abstract submission process, during which they must attach proof of age/trainee status. The travel grants will be awarded on the basis of scientific merit in an evaluation process carried out by the Scientific Organising Committee. Awardees will be notified when their abstract is accepted for presentation, and their names will be published on the event website. The grant will be paid via bank transfer after the Workshop has taken place.
