In what follows, you can find relevant information for the preparation of your oral and poster presentations:

1.- Oral contributions:

The conference room is equipped with a computer (running Windows 10 ) and a projector. You will not be allowed to present with your own laptop. Please, bring your slides in a pen drive: PDF or Microsoft Power Point (Office 2016 or compatible) format are accepted.
Presentation files are to be uploaded to the meeting computer before the beginning of the corresponding session. Alternatively, presenters can directly read the slides from the USB drive at the time of their presentation, but they must secure that the USB drive is readable by the meeting computer well in advance.
We kindly ask to all presenters to keep their presentations within the allotted time.

2.- Poster contributions:

Posters will be displayed throughout the meeting (Wednesday to Friday). The space for each poster is 0.70 (high) x 0.85 (wide) m. The space reserved for each poster will be labeled with the poster number assigned in the scientific program.
Authors of posters are invited to give a brief verbal presentation per poster, highlighting the topic and main results. Abstract book will include the abstract submissions and if the authors of posters wish, it can include a slide of their poster next to it. In this case, it has to be sent in PDF format (A4 size) by email to Carolina Gil (carol.gil@fundacions.uv.es) before Monday, 18th April.
